In a world where quick fixes and fad diets dominate headlines, true health often feels elusive. But what if the key to wellbeing isn't found in the latest trend, but in understanding your own body?
I believe that your body communicates its needs through various signs and symptoms, and my role is to help you understand and respond to these signals.
Nutritional therapy isn't about restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's a journey of discovery – uncovering how different foods and lifestyle choices affect your energy, mood, and overall well being. Together, we'll translate your body's signals into actionable steps towards lasting health.
Whether you're grappling with persistent health issues or simply aiming to feel your best, nutritional therapy offers a path forward. It's not just about what you eat – it's about how you live, sleep, move, and manage stress. It's about seeing your health as an interconnected system and nurturing it holistically.

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.
My journey into nutritional therapy began long before I ever considered it as a career. I grew up living a relatively healthy and active lifestyle, spending much of my time involved in sports and athletics. From an early age, I became interested in nutrition because I wanted to understand how food could improve performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
I was always fascinated by the human body and the incredible way it works. The more I learned, the more I realized how connected nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and lifestyle truly are.
As life went on, I experienced my own seasons of stress and body changes that challenged my health in ways I hadn’t expected. Instead of simply accepting how I felt, I began doing my own research, diving deep into how food and lifestyle choices can impact the body’s ability to heal, function, and thrive. What started as personal curiosity quickly turned into a passion.
The more I learned, the more empowered I became — not only in understanding my own health, but in seeing how foundational nutrition can transform the way people feel every day. That passion eventually led me to pursue formal training in nutritional therapy so I could help others navigate their own health journeys with practical, sustainable support.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I bring both knowledge and personal experience to my work. I understand that every person’s story is different, and I’m passionate about helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and build a healthier, more nourished life from the ground up.

Beyond my practice, I stay deeply connected to the principles of health, movement, and balance in my own life. I currently serve as an assistant coach for a Division II women’s volleyball program, where I love mentoring athletes and helping young women grow both on and off the court.
I’ve always had a passion for sports and competition, and you can still find me playing competitive tennis whenever I have the chance. Athletics continue to be one of the ways I challenge myself, relieve stress, and stay grounded in the importance of movement and community.
Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband and our three sons as they navigate the exciting season of emerging into adulthood. Whether we’re gathered around the dinner table, supporting each other’s activities, or simply enjoying time together, family is at the center of my life.
I believe in living out the same principles I encourage in my clients — nourishing the body well, staying active, managing stress, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term health. My own experiences allow me to bring not only professional knowledge, but also real-life understanding and practical support to the people I work with.
